| Bench Top Welders, 20khz, 40khz, and
15khz
These systems provide a practical and economical means of welding, inserting, staking, forming and degating rigid thermoplastic assemblies, In addition, they can also seal thermoplastic films. For maximum reliability and convenience, these welders consist of a welding press and remote power supply. This concept precludes any component failures resulting from mechanical vibrations, and provides ease of adjustment, even though the press is remotely located. |

| Digital Time
Control
The DT Series power supply features digital control for greater welding consistency, reliability and repeatability. The 15kHz, 20 kHz and 40 kHz models are available with power outputs from 500 to 4000 watts. Operational parameters are easily set by entering data into the front panel keypad. Pretrigger control can also be set from the front panel. Up to ten jobs can be programmed, stored, and run from the unit which can be remotely positioned. |

| Microprocessor Control for Energy
Welding
The microprocessor controlled M Series power supplies ensure repeatable, consistent results each and every time. A calibration pulse prior to every cycle separates machine losses from the energy imparted into each component. The key pad, located on the front panel of the power supply, allows the assembly parameters such as weld time, hold time, energy desired and quality control limits to be easily entered. |

| Linear Encoder Control for
Depth Welding
The DTL Series power supplies are very similar the the DT Series except for one very significant difference. These units can be programmed to weld to a pre-determined depth or travel setting. Two control modes are available, which are ABSOLUTE and INCREMENTAL. Absolute measures the total travel distance of the tool for a finished part height. Incremental measures the travel distance of the tool relative to the amount of melt that has occurred. This is especially beneficial when installing brass inserts or staking plastic pins or bosses. |

| NARROW GEOMETRY Actuators for Special
Systems
Our ‘Narrow Geometry’ Actuators are ideally suited for automated systems. These actuators are available in 15 kHz, 20 kHz, and 40 kHz versions. They are the smallest and most accurate actuators available on the market today and mount easily at any angle. They can be used individually or ganged onto racks for production situations. |

| KIT Style Units
These small component type units are for those applications where space is at a premium. They consist of a power supply, a converter, a booster horn, an ultrasonic power cable and an actuation cable for system tie-in. They can be easily incorporated into almost any system. |
