C-Bar / RC-Bar Static Charging Bars

C-bar "directly-coupled" and
RC-bar "arcless" charging bars are used for temporary holding
of materials.
Applications:
- Converting - electrostatic roll changeover, bag
making, gusset holding, wind-up
- Packaging - shrink wrapping
- Printing - bundle, folder and stack tacking,
in-line finishing, onlay insertion
- Other - notebook welding

Features:
- The tightly-spaced electrodes (1/4") allow the
greatest charge density for the highest holding force
- Special metal alloy electrodes prolongs the life of
the bar compared to standard designs
- Highly flexible, rugged and industrial high voltage
cable assembly
- HV cable disconnectable from bar, lowering overall
cost of installation
RC bar produces low levels of ozone
- Integrated mounting slides on the underside of bar
allows for quick installation
- Both bars offer cable exits at either end of bar,
or from the bottom of bar for flexible installation
- Ganged "daisy-chain" versions of the bars
are also available, eliminating the need to run long cable lengths
- Snap-on masking strips can be used to vary the
charging width of the bar
