DC-25 Charging Generator
High output current charging generator for powering Tantec's C-bar and RC-charging bars, for temporary holding of materials.

Applications:

  • Converting - electrostatic roll changeover, bag making, gusset holding, wind-up
  • Packaging - shrink wrapping
  • Printing - folder tacking, in-line finishing, stack and bundle tacking, onlay insertion

Features:

  • Advanced user-friendly control panel makes it simple to adjust, monitor and control the static charging process
  • Contains a constant-voltage power supply, which means it is well suited for dynamic processes, where loading conditions constantly change
  • Has three times the charging current levels of previous designs, making it able to charge thicker materials running at faster line speeds
