Rho 205

Rho 205 - Digital Flatbed Printer with Modular ConstructionThe Rho 205 provides those who offer large-format advertising – photographic laboratories, digital printers, and screen printers - the possibility of profitably printing images, text, graphics, and signs with perfect quality on to rigid media and boards up to 205 cm (81 in) in width.

The Decisive Advantage: Growing with your System.
The Rho 205/8 will be able to be upgraded to the Rho 205/16, thereby doubling its speed. Designed in a platform and module technology, expansion modules are planned that will give the owner of the Rho 205 the possibility of adapting his or her current machine to the new, additional demands of the market. Growth that is financed by the income and profits of the basic version.
Because of its price, the Rho 205/8 is an economically reasonable entry-level version that can already be amortized with small print runs for photo labs, screen printers, digital printers, and print shops. In contrast to the "planned obsolescence policy" that is the rule in the digital sector, it is proposed to be adapted to technological and market-related changes.

Four versions: Rho 205/8
Rho 205/8 i

in selectable combinations.

This combinations facilitate to print white as overprint, underprint, spot, underspot as well as to emphasize selected parts of an image orr brand marks by using spot varnish or by coating the whole surface with glossy varnish.
