Film/fabric sealers instantaneously bond woven, non-woven, and knitted thermo-plastic films and fabrics into strong, and depending upon composition of materials, waterproof assemblies. Materials can be continuously sealed in the machine direction or traversed across a web for splicing. Sealing rates of up to 150 feet per minute (45.75 meters) are attainable. Both 20 kHz and 40 kHz models are available with 700 to 1700 watt solid state power supplies, depending upon application requirements |
